Our mission is to inform the public but also to lobby at ministerial level for a change in legislation, urging governments to adopt a safe injection policy. Such policy has led to the implementation of auto disable syringes, which eradicates the possibility of syringe re-use and saves millions of lives in the process.

TANZANIA
Many Injections given in Tanzania are unsafe and are blamed for spreading viruses such as Hepatitis and HIV.
The Authorities have talked about some guidelines but these are not being applied.
No one wants an unsafe injection and the best way to protect yourself is, to insist on a sterile syringe from an unopened packet.
The ultimate protection for you is to insist that only Auto-Disable syringes are used in Tanzania, they protect you and are cheap.

INDIA
60% of Injections in India are unsafe.
All States are already requested to only use Auto-Disable (AD), in all public Hospitals and Clinics, but they are not all complying.
Changing to AD syringes is a very safe way of ensuring a safe and effective injection for less than the price of a Chai.

In Pakistan, 70%+ injections are unsafe and spreading Hepatitis and other diseases
